1 About RFQ
Pls provide us the following information if send RFQ to us,so that we can quote for you a reasonable price within 24 hours.

Pls provide 3D or 2D drawings, 3D can be stp , igs or XT format, 2D can be dwg ,dxf or pdf .

Pls tell us cavities, materials, mold lifespan and surface treatment requirements.

If specify steel, please tell us or we can suggest the right steel for you.

4.About Project Management

We will designate project engineers who is skilled in English and responsible for your projects.

Detailed Project Management Procedures as follows:

1)Analyze product drawings you provided,Including Product structure ,tool structure,mouldflow etc. If  got some

designing flaw ,we will put forward our suggestions or make changes for your confirmations.

2)Next we will do 2D designing within 3 days.Then we will send you tools drawings after 1 day for interior assessment and revise .

3)Pls tell us your feedback of our 2D drawings,we will revise according to your suggestions until confirmed.

4)After your confirmed E-mail received,we will arrange to order materials and mould base and with 3D drawings designing t the same time.

5)3-7 days for 3D drawings,we will send you after finished if you need.

6)After 3D drawings,will proceed CNC programme,moreover,transfer 3D parts drawings to 20 component drawings.labeled dimensions,Our staffs will do processing for parts.Quality department will inspect for parts and incoming materials .

7)Mould process schedule will be provided after tool drawings confirmed within 2 days and update for you every weeks .

8)First trial out,we will record trial conditions,videos or pictures.After trial,samples will be sent to you and with sample test report within 5 days .

9)After first trial ,Testing engineers will inspect according to drawings,at the same time ,we will do self-inspection and change mould according to sample feedback.Then second mould trial and sample report confirmations.

10)As for surface treatment,Mirror polish or part texture required ,after sample confirmed,we will do polishing or texture treatment.After surface treatment,mould trials again and sent you samples for final confirmation.

11)After final confirmation,If products,we will protect and wait for your PO.If mould exported,we will inspect again according drawings confirmed,if inspection passed,4-6 hours trial-production arranged to ensure mould with normal operation in ordinary production  conditions .

12)To avoid cleaning mould after received by customers, we will spray W40 anti-rust oil  and vacuum package after tools cleaning.

13)If tools shipped, Reports will be provided as follows :Interial mould material certificate,Mould base certificate,Heat treatment report (Hardened steels ),2D Moiuld drawings copy with A1,Final mould trial report,Final sample inspection repoort.

14)As for mass production in our company,we will be strictly carried out ISO 9001 and TS16949 International Quality Standard according to production requirements.
